WHAT DO WE DO?

H2O On The Go, LLC uses high-capacity, event-grade hydration tanks that deliver a clean, efficient, and sustainable bulk water solution for crowds of all sizes. These stations are designed specifically for indoor/outdoor events, races, festivals, and high-traffic venues that need fast refill lines without the hassle and waste of individual water bottles.​

Station Capacity and Performance

Each hydration station features a 125-gallon, food-grade tank, which is equivalent to roughly 1,000 standard plastic water bottles or 3,000 cup servings. With multiple self-serve outlets, including up to six spigots and optional high-flow nozzles, these units allow many people to refill at once, keeping lines short and participants moving.​

Sustainability and Event Benefits

By replacing pallets of single-use water bottles, each station significantly reduces plastic waste, on-site trash volume, and post-event cleanup needs. Event organizers also benefit from reduced volunteer demand at hydration points, since self-serve, bulk refill stations make it easy for attendees to use their own bottles, cups, or containers throughout the event

Construction and Safety

The tanks are made from BPA-free, food-grade polypropylene and are UV-resistant, making them suitable for long days outdoors in demanding event environments. Optional carbon water filters, food-grade hoses, and touch-free or hands-free activation options help ensure clean drinking water and support modern safety and hygiene expectations.​
