Final quotes reflect event dates, distance, duration, quantities, applicable Georgia sales tax, and — if selected — a 3.5% credit card convenience fee. Tax-exempt organizations must provide a valid Georgia exemption certificate before invoicing. Multi-day rentals bill per day.
